Our Programmes
Three Ways We Can Help Your Family
Each programme is structured around a real household need. Choose the one that fits your situation, or contact us and we will help you decide.
Back to HomeHow We Arrange Each Programme
Every Teratai programme begins the same way: a conversation with the family to understand the situation, followed by a written plan that both sides agree to before anything starts. We do not assume. We do not proceed until the scope is clear.
Initial Conversation
We listen to the family's situation, understand the older relative's preferences, and identify which programme — or combination — makes sense.
Written Plan
A clear document sets out the scope, the assigned companion or coordinator, the schedule, and the reporting structure. The family reviews and agrees.
Programme Begins
The companion or coordinator starts on the agreed day. Updates flow back to the family according to the plan. Feedback is welcomed throughout.
Family Coordination & Information Service
Designed for households where several family members are involved but no one has a clear picture of what needs to happen and who is responsible for what. We help families plan a steady support routine, gather useful local information about community resources and welfare options in Seremban, and produce a written plan that everyone can refer to.
- One initial planning session with key family members
- Written support plan with clear responsibilities
- Shared family timeline for ongoing coordination
- Curated list of relevant local community resources
- Ongoing coordination support as agreed
Programme price
RM 620
One-time arrangement
Social Engagement Programme
For families who want their older relative to have a sociable, structured week rather than long hours alone at home. Each month we prepare an activity calendar based on the person's interests and what is available locally — community outings, hobby circles, festive gatherings, and neighbourhood events in and around Seremban. A companion accompanies each activity.
- Monthly activity calendar arranged for the family
- Companion accompaniment to all included outings
- Hobby circles and festive events as appropriate
- Monthly summary report sent to family
- Activities agreed with family in advance
Programme price
RM 1,950
Per month
Daytime Companionship Programme
For working families who want their older relative to have warm, unhurried company during the day. A familiar companion visits on the chosen days each week — spending time in conversation, sharing a meal, doing a light activity, or simply sitting together through the afternoon. An end-of-day note is sent to the family after each session.
- Sessions on chosen days each week
- Companion schedule and activity outline provided
- Conversation, light activities, and shared meals
- End-of-day note sent to family after each visit
- Consistent companion assigned to the household
Programme price
RM 4,500
Per month

Standards Across All Programmes
These apply to every Teratai arrangement, regardless of which programme a family chooses.
Household Privacy
Information about a household is used only for planning and coordination. Nothing is shared with third parties.
Written Agreement Before Start
No programme begins without a clear written outline reviewed and agreed by the family. Scope and pricing are always confirmed in advance.
Companion Consistency
We assign the same companion to the household wherever possible. Familiarity and trust are central to how our programmes work.
Direct Family Access
Families can reach our team by phone during working hours. Questions and concerns are addressed directly, not through a ticketing system.
Respectful Conduct
Every companion follows the older relative's preferences and routines. We do not impose schedules or activities. The relative's comfort is always the priority.
Local Knowledge Applied
Our team is grounded in Seremban and Negeri Sembilan. Local context informs every recommendation, outing, and resource we suggest.
Programme Pricing
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and are discussed openly before any arrangement is confirmed.
